Known Risk Cover

To protect owners and lenders of real estate from claims arising from known defects in title.

Good Title Cover

To protect owners and lenders of real estate from claims arising from unknown defects in title to supplement a buyer’s legal due diligence report.

Lender Cover

To protect lenders of real estate from claims arising from defects in title and where the limit of indemnity will reflect the value of the mortgage, security, loan or borrowing.

Green Title

To protect owners and lenders of real estate or a party that may have a property interest in the real estate from claims arising from defects in title. Bespoke coverage for windfarm, solar or hydroelectric powered projects available upon request.

Excess Layer Cover

Single policy capacity exceeding €2.0bn for defective title risk cover, we can provide excess layer cover for the difference between the Gross Development Value or Market Value of the insured property and the indemnity limit of an existing or proposed third party insurance policy. We can offer this for a whole array of different risks.
